#2 is loose adaptation of part of Season of Storms book. #4 is some time after Heart of Stone dlc but before Blood and Wine. #3 is after main TW3 game with particular ending. (Only the #3 Curse of Crows has a minor character flick by from previous story, but knowledge is not needed, it's explained and understandable as some past encounter, and has one in-joke about something in past volume but again nothing major or hindering, just continuity nod.) They are all standalone though and there is sometimes only a vague chronology, so you can read them in any order.
